What you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and who exactly you are buying from.

This describes how Gas Lagbe works today, written from the system itself. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — if you are relying on it for something that matters, tell us and we will get it checked.

Who you are buying from

This is the part most marketplaces are vague about, so: the dealer sells you the gas. Gas Lagbe connects you to dealers near you, carries the order, and helps when something goes wrong. The sale itself is between you and that dealer.

It matters because the dealer sets the price, owns the stock, and is responsible for the condition of the cylinder they hand you.

Ordering

Prices shown are the dealer's own and can change. The price you see when you place an order is the price for that order.

An order is a request until the dealer accepts it. A dealer can decline — usually because stock has run out — and you will be told rather than left waiting.

You can cancel before a rider collects the cylinder. After that, talk to the dealer; a cylinder already on a motorbike is a different conversation.

Paying

Cash on delivery means what it says: you pay the rider when the cylinder arrives, and you can look at it first. Where other payment methods appear, the terms of whoever processes that payment also apply.

Your account

Your phone number identifies you, so keep it and any sign-in codes to yourself. Anything ordered from your account is treated as ordered by you.

Give us an address a rider can actually find. A delivery that fails because the address was wrong is still a trip somebody made.

If you sell through us

Dealers must hold the licences the law requires, sell cylinders that are safe and within test date, and keep listed prices and stock honest. We check documents before approving an account and we can suspend one.

Riders you add act on your behalf. Their conduct at a customer's door is your responsibility as much as theirs.

When we can suspend an account

For fake orders, abuse of a rider or a dealer, unsafe cylinders, or anything illegal. We will say why.

What we are not responsible for

We do not manufacture, fill, store or test cylinders, and we do not own the ones being delivered. Faults with the gas or the cylinder are between you and the dealer who supplied it, though we will help you reach them.

We try to keep the service running and cannot promise it never breaks. Nothing here takes away rights Bangladeshi consumer law gives you.
