Riders check the seal at your door. These are the things worth doing after they leave.
Check the seal on arrival
Make sure the cap and seal are intact before you accept the cylinder. If anything looks tampered with, refuse it.
Keep it upright and aired
Stand the cylinder upright, on the floor, in a ventilated spot away from the stove's heat.
Smell gas? Don't switch anything
Turn off the regulator, open doors and windows, and don't touch switches, lighters or matches until the smell clears.
Look after the hose
Replace a cracked or hardened hose, and turn the regulator off at night and when you go out.

Is delivery really within 30 minutes?
Usually, for a dealer in your area with the cylinder in stock. Traffic and distance can stretch it; you can watch the rider on the way, so you are never guessing.
Can I order a refill?
Yes. Choose Refill when you order and the rider swaps your empty cylinder for a full one at the door. Choose New cylinder if you do not have an empty to exchange.
How much is the delivery charge?
৳50 on every order, shown before you confirm. The cylinder price is the dealer's own.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the rider when the cylinder arrives, and look at it first. Nothing is taken up front.
Do I need an account to see prices?
No. Browse every dealer, size and price without signing in. You sign in only at the moment you place an order, with a code sent to your phone.
What if the cylinder is faulty?
Tell us from the help screen in the app, with the order attached. It reaches the dealer who supplied it and us at the same time.
